Our passion for Restoration & Renovation.

We are NOT your typical investor or “flipper” just out to make a buck. We focus on building value into the local community by renovating properties that are vacant or in need of significant repairs and restoring them to active use. We are renovation professionals, and our company is passionate about renovation because it is a way to “give back” to our New Orleans community by restoring and maintaining our unique architecture.

Our passion for Quality.

We are certified, licensed professionals who strive to meet the highest standards of quality and to continue learning as techniques and materials adapt to new technologies and a changing environment. Angela is a licensed General Contractor with the Louisiana State Licensing Board of Contractors, is a certified Project Management Professional and maintains her LEED AP with the U.S. Green Building Council. Stephanie is a REALTOR® licensed in Louisiana, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia and has received the Historic Homes Specialist designation from the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans. She is also in the process of pursuing the National Association of Realtor’s GREEN Designation.
